Alpha Real Estate Fund was launched in 2001, and is sponsored and managed by the French subsidiary Al-Mal Real Estate France S.A.S. The fund's primary objectives are to strategically invest in major French cities, by actively investing and trading in prime office building and other commercial properties. The Fund has been liquidated in mid-2006.
