In response to the increasingly growing demand for contemporary offices within Kuwait City, the Company took steps to entering this new investment arena through the design and construction of a cutting edge, modern-styled office tower. Part of this landmark building is occupied by the Company as their new headquarters, while other floors will be independently owned by investors. The Dhow Tower plot is about 2,000 sq. meters, and the building consists of 33 floors, ground floor, basement level car park for a total building area of about 24,129 sq. meters. The project was completed end of 2006.
