In support of Kuwait's movement to modernize and develop touristic and or entertainment type projects, the Company, along with local and international consultants, submitted a proposal for a BOT project aimed at the development of a resort on the island of Failaka offered by Touristic Enterprises Company. Furthermore, the Company together with local investors has since established "Ikaros Real Estate Company" to oversee all matters related to the project.

The Ikaros Entertainment Project is situated at the south end of Failaka island, opposite to the mainland shores of Kuwait 's coastline. The proposed resort will cover a total of 1.7 million square meters including a 5 kilometer private beach. The main features of the resort include:
