In January 2005, Injazzat , in partnership with other investors, purchased a 9.53 acre plot of land in Plano, Texas, USA for the development of a retail center and shopping mall, which is part of an 80 acre site zoned for mixed use development consisting of office, hotel, residential and retail. The retail center is expected to be leased to local, regional and national tenants, and subsequently sold.

Overall, the project is expected to generate significant returns due to its exceptional location, continuous growth in and around the city of Plano, located south of the project, and the explosive growth in retail, apartments and offices in the nearby city of Frisco, located to the north of the project. The retail center will be built in two phases, with completion in December 2006 and December 2007 respectively for first and second phases of the project.
