The Company sought alliance with Akar Real Estate Co. and Project Analysis Systems Co.- Projacs, which resulted in the establishment of Al Barsha'a Real Estate Co. in December 2006. The aim is to acquire a land of 34,675 sqm at Al Barsha'a area for development of an office building.
